You need a distraction. The less time you have for thinking, the less you will fixate. You sound a little obsessed with this woman and you need to remind yourself that it isn’t healthy. How to get her out of your head? There are actually many ways. Firstly, you can indulge yourself in sports, it is a healthy and meaningful (to your body) thing to do. I would suggest soccer or basketball as they are the easiest and most basic games.
You could try to read if sports do not work. Spend you time at libraries or buy a couple of books to read, it would distract you from that girl. REMINDER: Do not talk to that girl when you see her, do not look at her, AVIOD HER. Note that all this is for your own good unless you decide to woo her.
